Anurag Dixit, founder Director, Musicology
He was only 14 years of age when he started composing and writing music. Till date Anurag Dixit has composed, written and sung all India Televised TV shows, short films and ads. He has collaborated with musicians from countries like USA , Germany and Australia . |

Anurag's talent as a music writer and educator is as impressive. He has written regular columns for reputed magazines, newspapers and music websites.
With a vast experience in music business and teaching, Anurag Dixit has helped not only students but also countless musicians build a solid base of music knowledge. Under Anurag Dixit's expert guidance, Musicology has generated record breaking results in international exams. Musicology set a record for the third time in a row, producing record breaking results in international exams. Following the success of last year 85% and 61% students scored merits in Rock school and trinity college international exams respectively a Total of 110 students appeared in the 2006 exam and the average mark is among THE BEST IN THE WORLD, WITH AN AVERAGE OF MERITS BEING 75% FOR THREE CONSECUTIVE YEARS .
In 2006 Anurag became the only teacher in India to send students in all major disciplines (guitar, keyboard/ piano, vocals, drums and theory of music). Musicology is the only institute to offer international formal education in vocal training and music.
